The Wisconsin Athletic Directors
Association (WADA) represents all of the athletic directors in the middle
schools and the high schools in Wisconsin. We are a non-profit organization that strives to help our
membership serve all of the student athletes in Wisconsin.
WADA sponsors varied functions to help our members grow professionally. Each year nearly 400 athletic
directors attend the WADA Workshop, and the 2007 annual convention is Nov.
4-5-6 in Appleton.
Our functions are greatly enhanced when we can offer door
prizes to our membership. This
is a fun way we can randomly draw winners and at the same time we get a
company’s product out in front of our membership. We ask companies, who are affiliated in some way to middle
school and high school sports, to donate items that can be used as door
prizes. We accept nearly any and all items that are donated.
In addition to door prizes that might be categorized as smaller
items, we have found over the years that it is a great benefit to be able to
offer larger items as door prizes. Items, such as those listed,
are always appreciated: Vacation
packages, Get Away Weekends, Recreational Packages,
Golf Packages, Ski Packages,
Fishing or Hunting Packages, Sporting Event Tickets, Tourist Packages, or
other items you might suggest.
Door Prize info is due by Nov. 1.
