All WADA members who will attend the 2008 WADA
Workshop can now sign up for
a complimentary WADA Workshop Attendee Benefit Gift. The form that you need to
to use is posted below on this page.
To receive the Workshop Attendee Benefit Gift at the Workshop, you MUST return the
appropriate form by FRIDAY, SEPT. 26.
Note that the gift is not the same as in
past years, when it was a WADA Membership
Benefit Gift.
If you want, you can order MORE than one item via the Benefit Form. The first item
is free, the cost for each additional is outlined on the form. Or, you can designate that
the WADA contribute $35.00 toward the WADA Scholarship
fund. Complete details
are outlined on the 2-page Workshop Attendee Benefit Form.
Note:
The Workshop Attendee Benefit Form is IN
ADDITION to the form needed to
register for the Workshop. You
MUST send in BOTH forms… one form to register
for the Workshop and the other form to receive a WADA Attendee Benefit Gift
at the
2008 event.

Registration packet should be available on this web site by Sept. 15.
Remember, the registration forms will not be mailed, as was
done in past years.
