Road Construction IS completed on College Avenue! College Avenue is generally the main route to access the Paper Valley Hotel, which is located at 333 W. College Ave., in downtown Appleton… and the major road constuction on West College Ave. was completed in October. The result is a “new” look for anyone driving east from Highway 41 to the hotel.
